KRIS FUJI

He began his DJ career in 1999.

In 2001, he traveled to Germany after receiving an invitation to perform at the major electronic music gathering VooV Experience.

In 2004, he organized and performed as the main DJ at Summer Splash in Taiwan, one of the largest outdoor raves in Asia, successfully establishing the event on a major scale.

In 2005, he relocated to Tokyo. Between 2007 and 2009, he performed twice at Nagisa Music Festival, held in spring and autumn. His activities soon expanded beyond Tokyo to venues and events across Japan, rapidly establishing his presence in the scene.

In 2009, he was selected as an official DJ for Wakyo Records. The following year, he released the compilation CD “EASTERN FRONTIER” through the label and joined the renowned Ibiza-based trance label SPUN RECORDS, further expanding his international activities.

After performing at major events in Japan and abroad through 2013, he took a break from DJing, shifting his focus toward spending time with his family and music production.

In 2024, he made his full-scale return to music. Together with VNTM, an artist affiliated with the acclaimed melodic techno label Afterlife, he co-founded the Tokyo-based party organization 7-L-G and launched his melodic house and techno project KRIS FUJI.
